As part of the National Health Technology Assessment Programme for Medical Devices (PNHTA-DM) 2026–2028, adopted by Decree of the Minister of Health of 26 January 2026 and published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic, General Series No. 155 of 7 July 2026, following the Agreement reached at the Permanent Conference for Relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano on 18 December 2025 (Rep. Acts No. 244/CSR), AGENAS has prepared an updated version of the form for reporting Health Technologies to be submitted to the prioritisation process for subsequent HTA assessment under the Programme.

The form, duly completed in all its sections, shall be submitted by parties wishing to report Health Technologies to the following email address: hta@agenas.it

The reports received will be considered as part of the prioritisation activities envisaged under the PNHTA-DM 2026–2028, which are carried out on a six-monthly basis, in July and December, respectively, according to the criteria and procedures established by the Programme and by the HTA Steering Committee for Medical Devices (Cabina di Regia HTA dei dispositivi medici).
